Welfare of the Horse

Riders (and trainers) are responsible for ensuring that their horses are sound and fit enough for competition.  It is at the discretion of the judges to excuse a horse if they feel the horse is not sound or is struggling.

Covid Policy

Dressage4Kids has prepared the following Covid Guidelines for Lendon's Youth Dressage Festival in view of the current situation with the Delta variant.  All individuals attending Lendon's Youth Dressage Festival must adhere to these guidelines, in addition to following local and state guidelines.  Dressage4Kids reserves the right to modify the below guidelines if necessary.  Anyone who exhibits COVID-19 symptoms, has been exposed to or has been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms, or anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days cannot enter the competition grounds. These individuals are encouraged to contact their health care provider immediately for further medical advice.  All individuals should monitor their temperature daily, and should not enter the premises if presenting with a temperature of 99.5 or higher.
